Having dedicated more than 30 years to being a licensed real estate agent, Sheila brings a wealth of experience, not to mention, a firm commitment to her work. Since 1992, she has been working on most facets of the real estate industry including project marketing, Chinese International Marketing, commercial, business sales and leasing, as well as property management. Sheila specialises in assisting new immigrants from Mainland China and Hong Kong to settle down in Australia.
In 2002, Sheila started a self-employed real estate business in Sunnybank Hills, which provided professional, unbiased and informative opinions in relation to all facets of the real estate industry including retail, commercial and residential. Now as the business continue to grow, Sheila wants to deliver more quality than quantity. With the company rebranding to Sunnypro Realty, she believes she can continue provide better service, expert advice and consultation for the Real Estate Industry and its associated professions.
Sheila continues to be extensively involved in the marketing and sale of properties as well as expertise advice on deceased estate sales and mortgagee auctions. More importantly, Sheila is particularly keen on probity issues connected with this type of sale.
