Having dedicated more than 30 years to being a licensed real estate agent, Sheila Cheung brings a wealth of experience, not to mention, a firm commitment to her work. Sheila laid the foundations for success through excellent service and hard work to earn her customer’s positive referrals, trust, and repeat business.

Since 1992, she has been working on most facets of the real estate industry including project marketing, Chinese International Marketing, commercial, business sales and leasing, as well as property management. She is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland and an Accredited Agency Member of the REIQ. Sheila specialises in assisting new immigrants from Mainland China and Hong Kong to settle down in Australia. 

In 2002, Sheila started a self-employed real estate business in Sunnybank Hills, which provided professional, unbiased and informative opinions in relation to all facets of the real estate industry including retail, commercial and residential. When business was going strong and positive, she decided to move to the next step – setting up a bigger franchise company in 2005 with Raine & Horne Robertson. Now as the business continue to grow, we want to deliver more quality than quantity. With the company rebranding to Sunnypro Realty, we believe we can continue provide better service, expert advice and consultation for the Real Estate Industry and its associated professions.

One thing led to another and as time went on; our business grew by word of mouth. Much of our success is attributed to our existing clientele referring us to their families, friends and acquaintances. From these relationships more and more business came our way.

When dealing with our clients and customers we believe ethics, integrity, and how we conduct ourselves are most important. We win a substantial amount of repeat business because of our reputation. Our multilingual team is also a great benefit to our office because of the high concentration of overseas migrants, especially from Asia, coming into Sunnybank.
